      Ash Wednesday and Good Friday are obligatory days of fasting and abstinence for Catholics. In addition,


      For members of the Latin Catholic Church, the norms on fasting are obligatory from age 18 until age 59. When fasting, a person is permitted to eat one full meal, as well as two smaller meals that together are not equal to a full meal. The norms concerning abstinence from meat are binding upon members of the Latin Catholic Church from age 14 onwards

    • Operation Rice Bowl

      Gifts are symbolic of the good your donation will do and represent actual goods and services provided to the people CRS serves around the world. $50 helps farmers grow rice, $80 for a goat to provide milk and income, and $150 for a household garden so families can grow food. Please pick up a rice bowl at any of the church entrances.

      The need at the Food Pantries at this time of year is jelly, coffee, hot chocolate, tea bags, cereal, oatmeal, tuna fish, jello, canned fruits, and canned vegetables. Please place the item in the basket in the doorways. Thank you for your generous donations. 


      At the handicap entrance, please leave your donations in a bag on the shelves.
